Yep, it’s time to get that guest list together. Bride’s family, groom’s family, friends, co-workers, and the Obama’s…!?

A fellow knottie* just informed us that you can formally invite our president to your wedding! If you send your invite to the White House, you will receive a personal response signed by the president and first lady. What a special keepsake to show the grandkids down the road!

My Friend, the Nursery Designer

A little bohemian mixed with a little chic. The perfect description for my friend, Melissa, and her nursery vision!

Melissa and I met during our Junior year at FIU in some mindless Management class, and have been great friends since! I always knew she had great style, but when I attended her wedding a couple years ago, I couldn't believe what she was capable of! It was a wedding I will never forget! Hot magenta colors, modern floral designs, and of course, a sparkly chandelier hanging from the tent's ceiling was just enough to make my heart melt.

Today, Melissa is a happy mom-to-be and has entered a nursery decorating contest sponsored by Sherwin-Williams. This baby has her creative juices flowing freely! After picking and choosing her favorite items and creating a mini inspiration board, she has been chosen as one of the TOP 5 FINALISTS!
